摘要
以某矿副井提升系统为例,建立罐道-滚轮罐耳-罐笼横向振动模型,推导出关于滚轮罐耳和罐笼的双质量振动方程,以刚性罐道的常见缺陷作为输入源,利用Simulink的仿真模块对模型进行仿真,从而得出在不同激励信号下的水平振动加速度响应曲线,分析了不同罐道缺陷对罐笼运行的平稳性影响程度。
Taking the auxiliary shaft hoisting system of a mine as an example,the lateral vibration model of the guide rail-guide roller-cage was established,the two-mass vibration equation of the guide roller and cage was derived.Taking the common defects of rigid guide rail as input source,used the simulation module of Simulink to simulate the model,so as to obtain the horizontal vibration acceleration response curve under different excitation signals,and analyzed the influence of different guide rail defects on the stability of the cage operation.
