摘要
为提高采煤机截割功率、增加摇臂散热效率,通过分析截割摇臂传动系统热源产生因素、摇臂散热方式及摇臂内腔结构对摇臂冷却的影响,设计了一种新式采煤机摇臂行星机构冷却方法及装置。该装置及冷却方法具有冷却效率高、不受摇臂内腔冷却润滑油油量的影响等特点以及实际应用价值。
In order to improve the cutting power of shearer and increase the heat dissipation efficiency of rocker arm,through analyzing the cutting rocker arm transmission system heat source generation factors,heat dissipation mode and the effect of the inner cavity structure of rocker arm on rocker arm cooling,a new cooling method and device for the rocker arm planetary mechanism of shearer was design.The device and cooling method exhibit high cooling efficiency and unaffected by the amount of cooling lubricating oil in the inner cavity of the rocker arm and practical application value.
