摘要
针对当前人工装填锚固剂存在危险系数大、劳动强度高等问题,应用TRIZ理论的因果分析得出相应问题模型,分别采用技术矛盾和物-场模型对锚固剂装填自动化的关键技术进行分析。根据施工场所具备条件的不同,形成了2个创新设计方案,通过试验样机验证,均能实现自动化装填锚固剂。采用TRIZ理论对锚固剂装填自动化的研究,为推进矿山领域锚杆(索)支护的自动化、智能化创新发展开拓了思路。
Aiming at the problems of large dangerous coefficient and high labor intensity in manual loading of anchorage agent,the corresponding problem model was obtained by applying the causal analysis of TRIZ theory.The key technologies of automatic loading of anchorage agent were analyzed by using technical contradiction and matter-field model.According to the different conditions of the construction site,two innovative design schemes were formed,and through experimental prototype verification,both can achieved automatic filling and anchorage agent.The research on the automation of anchorage agent loading using TRIZ theory has opened up ideas for promoting the automation and intelligent innovation development of bolt(cable)support in the mining field.
