外喷雾系统是掘锚机的重要部分,位于截割部上方,对改善工作环境有着非常重要的作用。针对现有外喷雾系统的不足,通过增大系统的压力和流量、改变喷水座、喷嘴的形状和布置方式等方法,设计出一种新型的全断面外喷雾系统,并对其结构和具体实施方案进行详细的阐述。

Outer water-spraying system is the important component of the excavator anchor machine,which is located above the cutting part and plays a very important role in improving the working environment.In view of the deficiency of the present outer water-spraying system,by increasing the pressure and flow rate of the system,changing the shape and arrangement of the spray seat and nozzle,a new type of full-face outer water-spraying system was designed,and the structure and specific implementation scheme were described in detail.
