摘要
为提高煤与瓦斯突出矿井施工瓦斯治理钻孔时的封孔效果、减少因煤壁受应力作用产生的结构破坏导致瓦斯抽采漏气,以及防止孔内塌孔造成管路堵塞、降低瓦斯抽采效果,对“两堵一注”封孔工艺进行优化,提出“三堵两注”新型带压封孔装置。通过对比试验,在相同封孔长度和孔径条件下,“三堵两注”方式封孔的钻孔终压范围为1.8~2.2 MPa,可有效提升注浆封孔压力和瓦斯实际抽采浓度,瓦斯抽采效果更好。
In order to improve the sealing effect of gas treatment drilling in coal and gas outburst mine construction,reduce the structural damage caused by the stress of coal wall which results in gas extraction leakage,and prevent the pipeline blockage caused by the hole collapse which reduces the gas extraction effect,the"two plug and one injection"sealing technology was optimized,and a new type of"three plug and two injection"sealing device with pressure was proposed.Through comparative test,under the same sealing length and aperture conditions,the final drilling pressure range of"three plug and two injection"sealing method is 1.8-2.2 MPa,which can effectively improve the grouting sealing pressure and the actual gas extraction concentration,and the gas extraction effect is better.
