基于超声相控阵的油缸环焊缝自动检测技术研究

摘要 基于超声相控阵无损检测技术,根据液压支架油缸的结构特点,设计了专门的扫查装置,同时开发出以超声相控阵扫描焊缝产生的原始信号为基础、以相关验收等级为标准的超声信号处理软件,实现焊接质量的自动评判、检测报告的自动生成、检测数据的可追溯,构建了液压支架油缸环焊缝内部质量等级自主评判系统。扫查装置、相控阵检测板卡机与自主评判系统共同构成了完整的液压支架油缸环焊缝半自动检测工作站。 Based on the ultrasonic phased array non-destructive testing technology,according to the structural characteristics of the hydraulic support cylinder,a dedicated scanning device was designed.At the same time,based on the original signals generated by ultrasonic phased array scanning of welds and in accordance with the related acceptance levels,an ultrasonic signal processing software was developed to achieve automatic evaluation of welding quality,automatic generation of inspection reports and traceability of inspection data.Established an independent evaluation system for the internal quality level of the girth weld in hydraulic support cylinder.The scanning device,phased array testing board and independent evaluation system together constitute a complete semi-automatic inspection workstation for the girth weld in hydraulic support cylinder.
