知识产权保护与中国式现代化产业体系建设——基于中介效应与门槛效应的检验

Intellectual Property Protection and the Chinese Path to Modernization Industrial System Construction:A Test based on Intermediary Effect and Threshold Effect

选取2013—2022年中国30个省级面板数据,深入探讨知识产权保护与中国式现代化产业体系建设之间存在的逻辑关系。研究结果显示,知识产权保护与中国式现代化产业体系建设具有显著正相关关系,且这一结论经内生性分析后仍成立。中介效应检验结果表明,知识产权保护可推动人力资本结构高级化,继而对中国式现代化产业体系建设产生显著积极影响。门槛效应结果显示,知识产权保护对中国式现代化产业体系建设的赋能效应会随着前沿技术差距缩小而逐步增强。异质性检验显示,就东部地区和高信息化地区而言,知识产权保护对中国式现代化产业体系建设的促进作用更为显著。研究结果能够为持续推进中国式现代化产业体系建设、加速数字中国建设提供有益参考。

Select 30 provinces in China panel data from 2013 to 2022 to deeply discuss the logical relationship between intellectual property protection and the construction of Chinese path to modernization industrial system.The research results show that there is a significant positive correlation between intellectual property protection and the Chinese path to modernization industrial system construction,and this conclusion is still valid after endogenous analysis.The intermediary effect test shows that intellectual property protection can promote the upgrading of human capital structure,and then have a significant positive impact on the Chinese path to modernization industrial system construction.The threshold effect results show that the enabling effect of intellectual property protection on the Chinese path to modernization industrial system construction will increase.The heterogeneity test shows that in terms of the eastern region and the highly information-based region,intellectual property protection plays a more significant role in pro-moting the Chinese path to modernization industrial system construction.The research results can provide useful reference for continuously promoting the construction of Chinese style modern industrial system and accelerating the construction of digital China.
