产业数字化赋能国内国际双循环:理论分析与实证检验

Industrial Digitalization Promotes Domestic and International Double Circulation:Theoretical Analysis and Empirical Testing

选取我国2004—2021年30个省级面板数据,借助固定效应模型和两阶段最小二乘法,探究产业数字化对国内国际双循环的影响及作用机制。结果显示:产业数字化不仅能够正向推动国内国际双循环,而且可通过促进全球价值链地位攀升、提高现代流通业效率以及提升居民消费水平赋能国内国际双循环。异质性检验发现,产业数字化虽能提高我国不同地理区位国内循环水平,但仅在东中部地区表现出对国际循环的促进作用。据此,提出推动产业数字化进程、因地制宜扩大国际循环范围、发挥现代流通企业“头雁”带动效应相关对策建议,希冀为加快构建“双循环”新发展格局提供助力。

Select the panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2004 to 2021,using a fixed effects model and two-stage least squares method,this study explores the impact and mechanism of industrial digitization on domestic and international double circulation.The results show that industrial digitization can not only positively promote domestic and international double circulation,but also empower domestic and international double circulation by promoting the rise of global value chain status,improving the efficiency of modern circulation industry,and enhancing resident consumption level.Heterogeneity testing found that although industrial digitization can improve the domestic circulation level in different geographical locations in China,it only shows a promoting effect on international circulation in the eastern and central regions.Based on this,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the process of industrial digitization,expand the scope of international circulation according to local conditions,and leverage the leading effect of modern circulation enterprises,hoping to provide assistance for accelerating the construction of a new development pattern of"double circulation".
