数字金融与农户农地流转合约选择正式化:影响效应及其作用机制

Digital Finance and Formalization of Farmers’ Farmland Transfer Contract Selection: Influence Effect and Its Mechanism

基于2021年29个省份大样本农户调查数据,以农地转出户为考察对象,运用oprobit、cmp、psm以及中介效应等模型,检验了数字金融使用对农户农地流转合约选择正式化的影响及其作用机制。结果表明:数字金融使用显著促进了农地流转合约选择的正式化,该结论经过一系列的内生性和稳健性检验后仍然成立;作用机制分析表明,数字金融使用通过撕裂农地流转差序格局、突破农户有限理性以及增强非农就业稳定性,显著提高了农地流转合约选择的正式化程度;异质性分析表明,数字金融对那些受教育水平较低、农地转出规模较大以及市场化水平较低地区的农户选择正式化农地流转合约的正向影响更为显著。基于此,提出加大农村地区数字金融发展支持力度、促进数字金融与农地流转市场深度融合以及加强数字金融使用宣传和培训等政策建议。

Based on the survey data of large sample farmers in 29 provinces in 2021,this paper examines the influence and mechanism of digital financial use on the formalization of rural land transfer contract selection by using the models of Oprobit,Cmp,Psm and intermediary effect.The results show that the use of digital finance significantly promotes the formalization of the choice of agricultural land transfer contracts,and the conclusion remains still valid after a series of endogenous and robust tests.The analysis of the function mechanism indicates that the use of digital finance significantly improves the formalization of the choice of agricultural land transfer contract by tearing up the differential order pattern of agricultural land transfer,breaking through the limited rationality of farmers and enhancing the stability of non-agricultural employment.Heterogeneity analysis manifests that digital finance has a more significant positive impact on farmers who choose formal farmland transfer contracts in areas with lower level of education,larger scale of farmland transfer and lower level of marketization.Based on this,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as strengthening the support for the development of digital finance in rural areas,promoting the deep integration of digital finance and agricultural land transfer market,and strengthening the publicity and training of the use of digital finance.
