定长成型立体织物矩阵式自适应送经技术研究

摘要 以立体机织物成型工艺为基础,分析传统送经路径,提出直通式送经路径设计技术。通过经纱球面点阵布置,解决单根经纱间张力不均和开口不清晰等技术问题。采用经纱恒张力控制技术,通过送经装置的力学建模,推导出恒张力的力学方程,并使用MATLAB分析其运动规律。为织物成型过程中张力恒定提供一种理论方法,实现了立体机织物高效、稳定的制备,同时保证了批次织物产品质量的一致性。 A straight-through type let-off path design was raised via analysis of traditional let-off path based on three-dimensional fabric forming process.Technical problems such as uneven tension between single warp ends and unclear shedding were solved by spherical lattice arrangement of warp yarn.The constant tension dynamics equation was deduced by establishing the mechanical model of let-off motion with the technology of constant tension control,which analyzed the rule of motion with MATLAB.A theoretical method was provided for obtaining constant tension in fabric forming,which realized the efficient and stable weaving of three-dimensional fabrics and also guaranteed the consistency of product quality in the same batch.
