摘要
为提高玻璃纤维短切纱产品质量,采用控制变量法从玻纤原丝质量、生产设备和人员控制3个方面开展实验,以翻包毛羽量作为短切纱质量评价标准,探究不同方面对产品质量的影响。通过研究,提高玻璃纤维短切纱产品质量需要:在合理范围内保证纱团含水,提高可燃物含量,及时更换刀片、清理除尘器,采用小孔径筛网,控制升温保障产品烘制充分。
In order to improve the quality of chopped fiber glass,this article uses the variable control method to conduct experiments from three aspects:glass fiber quality,production equipment and personnel control.Taking the fuzz generated in the repackaging process as the quality evaluation standard for chopped fiber glass,the impact of different aspects on product quality is explored.The study shows that to improve the quality of chopped fiber glass,it is necessary to retain the moisture content of roving balls in a reasonable range,increase the combustible content,replace the cutter blades timely,clean the dust collector,use a small mesh sieve and control the temperature rise to ensure that the product is fully dried.
