摘要
随着中国城市化建设进入存量时代,城市更新已成为推动城市治理和转型发展的一项重要抓手,慢行系统的更新建设日益受到关注。本研究通过分析传统慢行系统规划面临的问题,提出宏观系统协同、微观复合利用、搭建管控体系、制订行动计划的规划方法,以舟山市核心区慢行系统的规划实践为例,探索城市更新视角下城市建成区慢行系统规划的技术路径。
As China’s urbanization construction enters the stock era,urban renewal has become an important means to promote urban governance and transformation and development,and the renewal and construction of the slow-traffic system has received increasing attention.By analyzing the problems faced by the planning of the traditional slow-traffic system,the paper proposes the planning methods of macro-system coordination,micro-compound utilization,establishment of control system,and formulation of action plan.Taking the planning practice of the slow-traffic system in the core area of Zhoushan as an example,it explores the technical path for the planning of slow-traffic system in urban built-up areas from the perspective of urban renewal.
