国际语境下乡村文化遗产保护实践及启示

The Practice and Enlightenment of Rural Cultural Heritage Protection in the International Context

随着城镇化进程的推进,乡村遗产的可持续发展面临巨大的挑战,众多承载着历史文化的乡村遗迹正遭受坍塌毁坏,传统的民俗文化活动日渐式微。乡村“城市化”“空心化”使得乡村文化遗产的价值开始淡出大众视野,且乡村生态保护和村落开发受到严重的阻碍。文章基于对乡村文化遗产概念等的分析,比较了法国、英国、日本等国家对其分类和保护的异同。最后提出当前我国乡村文化遗产保护面临的问题及其在乡村振兴视角下的保护策略,以期对我国乡村文化遗产的保护有所启示。

With the advancement of urbanization process,the sustainable development of rural heritage faces huge challenges,numerous rural relics carrying historical and cultural heritage are suffering from collapse and destruction,and traditional folk cultural activities are gradually declining.The“urbanization”and“hollowing”of rural areas have made the value of rural cultural heritage fade out of the public’s view,and the rural ecological protection and village development have been seriously hindered.Based on the analysis on the concept and connotation of rural cultural heritage,this paper compares the similarities and differences of its classification and protection in France,Britain and Japan.Finally,the paper puts forward the current problems faced by the protection of rural cultural heritage in China and the protection strategies from the perspective of rural revitalization,with a view to providing enlightenment for the protection of rural cultural heritage in China.
