青岛大港启动区工业遗产保护更新研究

Research on the Protection and Renewal of Industrial Heritage in Qingdao Dagang Start-Up Zone

港口工业遗产是工业遗产的重要组成部分,如何在新时代背景下延续港口工业文明,实现港口工业遗存的保护与更新,是业界不容忽视的课题。文章以青岛大港启动区为例,从评估标准与体系、保护措施、规划思维三方面对现阶段启动区港口工业遗产保护与更新中的困境进行探讨,提出确立权威评估体系、建立完善保护机制、打破传统思维壁垒等措施,使其从斑驳“锈带”,蜕变为多彩“秀带”。

Port industrial heritage is an important part of industrial heritage.How to continue the port industrial civilization and to realize the protection and renewal of port industrial heritage is an important subject.Taking Dagang Start-up Zone of Qingdao as an example,this paper probes into the dilemma in the protection and renewal of port industrial heritage in the current start-up area from three aspects:evaluation standards,protection measures and planning thinking,and puts forward some measures,such as establishing authoritative evaluation system,establishing and improving the protection mechanism and breaking the barriers of traditional thinking,so as to make it change from mottled“obsolete area”to colorful“attractive area”.
