基于PSPL调研法的公共空间品质评价及活力特征研究——以逢源大街历史街区为例

Research on the Vitality Characteristics and Quality Evaluation of Public Space Based on PSPL Research Method:A Case of Fengyuan Historic District

历史街区中的公共空间为各种活动的开展提供了必要的场所,评价和改善其品质对丰富市民生活和提升游客的游览体验起到积极作用。文章以逢源大街历史文化街区作为研究对象,采用PSPL调研法对街区内公共空间品质和人群活动特征进行调研。首先以主观问卷和客观量表相结合的方法从便利性、安全性、可达性、空间容量四个方面对街区公共空间质量进行评价,发现公共空间中存在便利性和可达性不足的问题。其次,观察公共空间中的人群分布、公共活动类型,发现存在空间活力不足、活动单一的问题,并针对这一点对使用者的活动偏好进行调研,为未来的提升与改造提供参考。

The public space within historic districts provides a necessary place for various activities,and evaluating and improving its quality plays a positive role in enriching the lives of citizens and enhancing the tourists’experience.This paper takes Fengyuan historic district as the research object,and uses PSPL research method to investigate the quality of public space and the characteristics of public activities.Firstly,the subjective questionnaire and objective scale were combined to evaluate the quality of public space in terms of convenience,safety,accessibility,and spatial capacity,and it was found that there were problems of insufficient convenience and accessibility in public space.Secondly,by observing the distribution of people and the types of activities in public spaces,it was found that there was a lack of spatial vitality and the problem of single activity.In view of this,the user’s activity preferences are investigated to provide a reference for future improvement and transformation.
