摘要
数字化技术所带来的建筑信息化趋势,对提升管理效能、降低运营成本、提升建筑设计和施工质量有着关键作用。作为建筑信息化的核心——建筑信息模型(BIM)这项技术越发受到重视。BIM是一项源自交叉学科的技术,关于BIM的研究不应仅局限于建筑学和工程学,而应从包括信息学、管理学等多学科融合的视角展开。文章基于中国国家BIM标准与国际标准化组织颁布的ISO19650BIM标准,从标准体系对BIM核心概念的覆盖程度和标准体系本身的构建逻辑等角度进行了对比。文章指出了中国BIM标准体系由于“拼图式”发展造成的缺陷,以期对我国BIM标准体系的建设提供参考。
Digital technology promotes the trend of building informatization and plays crucial role in improving management efficiency,reducing operation costs,and improving the architectural design and construction quality.As the core technology of building informatization,Building Information Modelling(BIM)received extensive attention.BIM is an interdisciplinary technology,and thus its relevant research should not be limited to architecture and engineering perspectives,but should be carried out from the perspective of informatics,management science and other disciplines.Based on the Chinese national BIM standards and the ISO19650 BIM standards promulgated by the International Organization for Standardization,this paper compares the coverage of the core concepts of BIM standard system and the construction logic of the standard system, and points out the shortcomings of China’s BIM standard system due to the “Jigsaw” development mode. It aims to provide a reference for the construction of China’s BIM standard system.
