摘要
为减少隧道在施工及运营过程中的结晶堵塞,对隧道排水管道进行结晶分析,总结结晶堵管影响因素。通过层次分析法和熵权法结合的组合权重法对各影响因素权重进行分析,结合对各评价指标权重分析,通过灰色评价方法,构建一种新的评价预测模型。结果表明:一级评价指标中水因素所占影响权重较大,离子浓度因素与管道因素影响基本一致,而二级评价指标中pH值、流速、Ca^(2+)浓度对隧道排水管道结晶堵塞影响较大,管道坡度和类型次之,水温、HCO_(3)^(-)浓度和非结晶类离子浓度对隧道排水管道结晶堵塞影响最小。
In order to reduce the crystallization blockage of tunnel in the process of construction and operation,the crystallization analysis of tunnel drainage pipeline is carried out,and the influencing factors of crystallization blockage are summarized.Through the combination weight method of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,the weight of each influencing factor is analyzed.Combined with the weight analysis of each evaluation index,a new evaluation and prediction model is constructed by grey evaluation method.The results show that the influence weight of water factor in the first-level evaluation index is larger,and the influence of ion concentration factor is basically the same as that of pipeline factor.In the second-level evaluation index,pH value,flow rate and Ca2+concentration have a greater impact on the crystallization blockage of tunnel drainage pipeline,followed by pipeline slope and type,and water temperature,HCO3-concentration and non-crystalline ion concentration have the least impact on the crystallization blockage of tunnel drainage pipeline.
