大跨度斜拉桥超高索塔施工技术研究

摘要 本文主要介绍了在合安高速公路土建一标渠江特大桥主桥(155+350+155)m斜拉桥施工中,由于该斜拉桥索塔较高且为变截面结构,使得施工难度大大增加,不但存在很高的安全风险,而且对索塔施工质量及线性控制也提出了很高要求。为此项目部对该斜拉桥索塔施工中爬模受力进行认真计算分析确保其满足施工要求,同时对索塔塔施工中的各项工序进行严格把控,通过一系列措施,不但安全顺利的完成了该斜拉桥索塔施工,而且成形后的索塔质量及线性也满足相关要求。该大跨度斜拉桥索塔施工所涉及的相关技术也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。 This article mainly introduces the construction of the main bridge(155+350+155)m cable-stayed bridge of the Qujiang Extra Large Bridge in the civil engineering section of the He'an Expressway.Due to the high height and variable cross-section structure of the cable-stayed bridge,the construction difficulty is greatly increased.There are not only high safety risks,but also high requirements for the construction quality and linear control of the cable-stayed tower.For this purpose,the project department carefully analyzed the stress on the climbing formwork and crossbeam support during the construction of the cable-stayed bridge tower to ensure that they meet the construction requirements.At the same time,strict control was exercised over various processes during the tower construction.Through a series of measures,not only was the construction of the cable-stayed bridge tower safely and smoothly completed,but the quality and linearity of the formed tower also met the relevant requirements.The relevant technologies involved in the construction of the cable tower of this large-span cable-stayed bridge also provide reference and inspiration for similar construction in the future.
