摘要
挂篮悬浇技术是一种采用钢骨架构建的工作平台,其特点在于能够在混凝土浇筑过程中进行灵活移动,从而实现对大跨度桥梁或高层建筑的高空施工。该技术凭借其高效的施工进度、较低的成本投入以及卓越的安全性能,在大型桥梁建设领域获得了广泛的推广和应用。本文以湖州五一大桥改建工程中1#-11#节段的挂篮悬浇施工为实证研究对象,深入剖析了挂篮悬浇施工的技术流程,并对其技术经济性进行了详尽的评估。通过本研究,旨在为类似工程项目提供技术经济层面的有益参考和借鉴。
The hanging basket suspension pouring technology is a work platform constructed with a steel skeleton,which is characterized by the ability to move flexibly during the concrete pouring process,thereby achieving high-altitude construction of large-span bridges or high-rise buildings.This technology has been widely promoted and applied in the field of large-scale bridge construction due to its efficient construction schedule,low cost investment,and excellent safety performance.This article takes the hanging basket suspended casting construction of sections 1#-11#in the reconstruction project of Huzhou Wuyi Bridge as the empirical research object,deeply analyzes the technical process of hanging basket suspended casting construction,and conducts a detailed evaluation of its technical and economic feasibility.Through this study,the aim is to provide useful technical and economic references for similar engineering projects.
