不同BIM软件在铝模算量过程中的方法研究

摘要 在工程算量中应用BIM技术,能够减少工作中的人工参与环节,使计算遗漏和重叠等错误得到减少,提高算量的准确性。当前铝模算量的BIM软件有很多,适用范围也有所不同。其中神机妙算软件能够将配模、支撑系统、爬架施工避让等考虑进去,铝模生产厂家认可度高。广联达软件在建筑领域发展比较成熟,在施工单位对量结算中使用广泛。但是由于铝模算量过程由于选用施工图纸不统一,构件工程量面积漏算,计算规则设置错误等问题造成两款软件工程量出现差异。本文以柳州市柳南区某房建项目工程为例,使用神机妙算和广联达GTJ两种软件进行建模提取铝模工程量,对比分析计算结果,通过手工算量方式,验证了神机妙算准确性,广联达算量存在偏差。并对偏差原因进行了分析,采用了构件替换,修改计算规则的方法,进而提高广联达软件算量工作准确性及效率,为后续同类项目建模提量提供一定的借鉴意义。 Applying BIM technology in engineering calculations can reduce manual involvement in work,reduce errors such as calculation omissions and overlaps,and improve the accuracy of calculations.There are many BIM software for aluminum mold calculation currently available,and their applicability varies.Among them,the Shenji Miaocan software can take into account factors such as mold matching,support systems,and scaffolding construction avoidance,and is highly recognized by aluminum mold manufacturers.Guanglianda software has developed relatively maturely in the field of construction and is widely used in quantity settlement by construction units.However,due to issues such as inconsistent selection of construction drawings,missed calculation of component engineering quantity and area,and incorrect setting of calculation rules during the aluminum mold calculation process,there were differences in engineering quantity between the two software.This article takes a construction project in Liunan District,Liuzhou City as an example,and uses two software,Shenji Miaotan and Guanglianda GTJ,to model and extract the aluminum mold engineering quantity.The calculation results are compared and analyzed,and the accuracy of Shenji Miaotan is verified through manual calculation.Guanglianda's calculation quantity has deviations.And the reasons for the deviation were analyzed,using the method of component replacement and modifying calculation rules to improve the accuracy and efficiency of Guanglianda software's computational work,providing a certain reference value for modeling and volume improvement of similar projects in the future.
