摘要 为探讨嫩江(黑龙江省境内)水生态系统健康状况,对嫩江(黑龙江省境内)进行鱼类与底栖动物监测与数据采集,构建鱼类完整性指数(F-IBI指数),用RDA分析影响底栖动物群落结构的主要环境因子。结果表明:嫩江(黑龙江省境内)总体处于健康状态,Pearson相关性结果表明影响嫩江(黑龙江省境内)鱼类群落结构的主要环境因子是高猛酸盐指数,电导率与溶解氧。RDA结果表明COD、pH值、TN、NH_(3)-N、水温、Cond是影响底栖动物群落的主要环境因子,结果可为嫩江健康评价和保护提供参考。 In order to explore the health status of the water ecosystem in the Nenjiang River in Heilongjiang Province,the fish and benthic fauna monitoring and data collection were carried out.The fish integrity index(F-IBI index)was constructed,and the main environmental factors affecting the community structure of benthic fauna were analyzed by RDA.The results showed that the river was generally in a healthy state,and the Pearson correlation results showed that the main environmental factors affecting the fish community structure were high monnate index,conductivity and dissolved oxygen.The RDA results showed that COD,pH,TN,NH_(3)-N,water temperature and Cond were the main environmental factors affecting the benthic community,and the results could provide a reference for the health evaluation and protection of the Nenjiang River.
