摘要
2021版C-NCAP相较于2018版首次引入了乘员保护修正项目,使车辆乘员保护性能的评价更加全面。本文总结乘员保护修正项评价过程中罚分频率较高的项目及常见的问题,按不同试验及假人类型梳理出现罚分的评价项目。之后解析乘员保护修正项目评价原理,深入分析问题原因,同时给出整改方法供车企被动安全工程师参考。
The 2021 version C-NCAP introduces occupant protection modification for the first time compared to the 2018 version,making the assessment of vehicle occupant protection performance more comprehensive.This paper summarizes the items with high penalty frequency and common problems in the assessment process of occupant protection modifier items,and sorts out the assessment items with penalty points according to different tests and dummy types.After analyzing the assessment principle of occupant protection modifier project,in-depth analysis of the causes of problems,and rectification methods are given for the reference of passive safety engineers of automobile enterprises.
