面向多客户群研发的乘用车试制装配岛规划设计浅析

摘要 随着乘用车行业竞争日趋激烈,快速高质量短周期低成本达成车型的工艺量产化是汽车专业部门一以贯之考虑的重点课题,作为试制装配领域也要紧跟时代的步伐做到现代化试制和验证,有必要将适度信息化、数字化、智能化的工具运用到试制装配领域来解决试制装配领域当前的痛点问题,结合试制自身的特点,满足多客户群的研发单位用车需求及多车型的柔性装配及量产工艺性验证,同时还要力求成为试制领域的可供观摩、学习参观的标杆车间。需要一个系统的统筹方法对整车试制装配岛的设计规划进行指导,从而更好的保证能力建设项目的有效落地和实施运用。 With the increasingly fierce competition in the passenger car industry,the process mass production of models with fast,high quality,short cycle and low cost is a key topic that the automotive professional departments always consider.As the trial production and assembly field,it is necessary to keep up with the pace of The Times to achieve modern trial production and verification.It is necessary to apply moderately informationized,digitized and intelligent tools to the field of trial production and assembly to solve the current pain points in the field of trial production and assembly.Combined with the characteristics of trial production,it can meet the needs of research and development units of multiple customer groups and the flexible assembly of multiple models and the verification of mass production technology.At the same time,it should strive to become a benchmark workshop for observation,learning and visiting in the field of trial production.A systematic overall planning method is needed to guide the design and planning of assembly island for vehicle trial production,so as to better ensure the effective landing,implementation and application of capacity building projects.
