摘要
针对某SUV车型低频路噪轰鸣声问题,实车道路排查测试发现备胎舱与车内轰鸣声存在强相关,并结合前期的仿真分析结果,识别出备胎舱是引起车内轰鸣声主要原因。通过充分利用截面几何力学特性指导结构优化,提高备胎舱刚度,使其模态频率与问题频率避频,达到改善驾乘人员的乘坐舒适度。同时也为后续车型开发过程中提供借鉴,备胎舱结构设计开发,不仅要满足承重的性能指标要求,还要兼顾NVH性能指标,特别是在共平台车型开发过程中,此性能指标制定尤为重要,如果舒适性能指标制定合理,可以有效避免共用底盘件不同车型由于配置产生的其他NVH问题,也可以间接减少物理试验的投入,降低开发成本。
Aiming at the problem of low-frequency road noise roar of a certain SUV model,it is found that there is a strong correlation between the spare tire compartment and the roar inside the vehicle through the road test of the real vehicle,and then the spare tire compartment is identified as the main cause of the roar inside the vehicle through simulation analysis.Then the structural optimization is guided by the geometric properties of the section to improve the stiffness of the spare tire cabin,avoid the modal frequency and the problem frequency,and improve the ride comfort of the drivers and passengers.NVH performance indicators should be taken into account in the configuration design of the spare tire compartment for the follow-up model development process.Especially in the development process of common platform models,this performance index is more important.Reasonable performance index formulation in the whole vehicle development process can effectively avoid other NVH problems caused by different models due to configuration,and can also indirectly reduce the investment in physical testing and reduce development costs.
