摘要
在新四化背景下,电动侧门作为智慧进出的一种解决方案,其声音品质是评价该系统性能的一种关键指标。本研究明确了电动侧门声音品质的评价标准,在传统手动侧门声音品质基础上增加了电驱动机构产生的噪音,评价指标包含:响度、尖锐度、调制度、声压级等。在数据设计阶段,对车门进行有限元分析,通过优化钣金结构或增加结构胶等方式,为电动门声音品质的优化奠定基础。其次以电机、齿轮类型及材料、润滑脂、开关门速度、电磁阻尼系统以及悬停方式控制逻辑等为试验因素,声压级、响度、尖锐度为指标进行试验,分析结果显示各组件对系统有不同程度影响。实际应用中,需综合考虑这些因素,以实现最佳的噪音控制效果,提升电动门的整体性能。
Under the new four modernizations,the sound quality of power side doors,as a solution for smart ingress and egress,is a kind of key index for evaluating the performance of this system.Evaluation criteria for the sound quality of power side doors are clarified in this study,and the noise generated by the electric drive mechanism is added on the basis of the sound quality of the traditional manual side doors,and the evaluation indexes contain:loudness,sharpness,modulation,and sound pressure level.In the data design stage,finite element analysis of the door is carried out to lay the foundation for the optimization of the sound quality of the power door by means of optimizing the sheet metal structure or increasing the structural rubber.Secondly,the motor,gear type and material,grease,opening and closing door speed,electromagnetic damping system and hover mode control logic as test factors,sound pressure level,loudness,sharpness as indicators for the test,the analysis results show that each component has different degrees of influence on the system.In practical application,these factors need to be considered comprehensively to achieve the best noise control effect and enhance the overall performance of the power door.
