摘要
解决的电子水泵空转误报警问题,当水泵转速超过一定数值3600rpm时,对应占空比69%,水泵自我保护进行空转自检,这时如果系统内出现一串连续气泡通过水泵时,检测到水泵的电流不足会误报空转。通过实际测试水路系统中允许最低含水量下对应的电流值,以该电流值作为判断空转的条件之一,有效的解决了系统中由不稳定气泡产生的空转误报。
The electronic water pump idle false alarm problem solved is that when the water pump speed exceeds a certain value of 3600rpm,the corresponding duty cycle is 69%,and the water pump self-protection performs idle auto-check.At this time,if a series of continuous bubbles pass through the water pump in the system,it will detect that the current of the water pump is insufficient and false alarm will be triggered.By actually testing the current value corresponding to the minimum allowable water content in the waterway system,and using this current value as one of the conditions for judging idle,the false alarm caused by unstable bubbles in the system has been effectively solved.
