摘要
汽车操纵稳定性评价测试要求测试道路应具备不同附着系数,降低道路附着系数通常需要在道路上均布水膜来实现。当前国内新建汽车试验场数量不断增长,但操纵稳定性试验路仍大量采用喷头布水或漫水沟布水的形式,在实际应用中有一定的局限性。针对这一状况,提出了一种新型的试验路布水模式,设置相关自动化配套设施,在尽可能降低布水设施对试验车影响的基础上,实现了长距离试验道路0.8~1.0mm或2.0mm以上的水膜要求,满足了湿滑试验道路的低附着系数及车辆轮胎侧滑试验要求,实现了在一条道路上提供多种汽车试验。
The evaluation test for vehicle handling stability requires that the test road should have different adhesion coefficients,and reducing the adhesion coefficient usually requires evenly distributing water film on the road.At present,the number of newly built automobile test sites in China is constantly increasing,but the handling stability test roads still heavily use the form of nozzle water distribution or overflow ditch water distribution,which has certain limitations in practical applications.A new type of test road water distribution mode has been proposed to address this situation,with relevant automation facilities installed.On the basis of minimizing the impact of water distribution facilities on the test vehicle,the water film requirements for longdistance test roads of 0.8~1.0mm or above or 2.0mm have been achieved,meeting the requirements of low adhesion coefficient and vehicle tire sideslip test on wet test roads,and providing multiple vehicle tests on a single road.
