摘要
对比了分光光度法、高效液相色谱法(中性条件衍生)、高效液相色谱法(酸性条件衍生)测定皮革、纺织品阳性样品中的甲醛含量。结果表明,酸性条件下的高效液相色谱法会使检测结果偏高;中性条件下的高效液相色谱法和分光光度法测试结果接近,并且在纺织品上表现得更明显。经比较分析认为高效液相色谱法(中性条件衍生)测试方法更可取。
Comparison of methods for determination of formaldehyde content in leather and textile posi⁃tive samples by spectrophotometry and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)under neutral and ac⁃id conditions were made.The results showed that the high-performance liquid chromatography under acidic conditions would make higher test concentrations.The results of HPLC and spectrophotometry under neutral conditions got closer test results,which were more apparent in textile samples.After comparative analysis,high-performance liquid chromatography under neutral conditions was more suitable.
