中国人工智能专利文献量统计分析

摘要 目的:对中国专利全文数据库(知网版)2011—2022年期间发表的有关人工智能方面的中国专利进行分析,为科研部门和研究团队进行知识产业化提供科学依据。方法:按年度分布、主题分布、类别分布、学科分布、文献分类等方面进行统计分析。结果:2011—2022年的12年间公开发表有关人工智能的中国专利文献18323篇,前5年发文量比较缓慢,后7年则迅速增加,在3个类别的专利中发明专利文献占比最高(65%);在涉及的学科类别中计算机软件及计算机应用文献占比最大(23.75%)。结论:中国人工智能专利的研究发展迅猛且学科交叉,成果丰硕,建议将发明的专利转化为实际生产力,提高专利产业化率,不断推动科技创新和社会进步。 Objective:To analyze the Chinese patents related to artificial intelligence published in the China Patent Full-text Database(CNKI Edition)from 2011 to 2022,so as to provide a scientific basis for scientific research departments and research teams to carry out knowledge industrialization.Methods:Statistical analysis is carried out as per the annual distribution,subject distribution,category distribution,discipline distribution,literature classification and other aspects.Results:During these 12 years(from 2011 to 2022),a total of 18323 articles of Chinese patent related to artificial intelligence have been published,and the number of articles published is relatively slow in the first 5 years and increases rapidly in the subsequent 7 years,with the invention patent literature accounting for the highest proportion(65%)among the three categories of patents;and the computer software and computer application literature accounting for the highest proportion(23.75%)among the discipline categories involved.Conclusion:The research and development of Chinese artificial intelligence patents are rapid and interdisciplinary,and the achievements are substantial,and it is suggested to transform the invention patents into actual productivity and increase the patent industrialization rate,thus continuously promoting the scientific and technological innovation and social progress.
