摘要
本文旨在综述近年来柔性钙钛矿太阳能电池(FPSC)机械稳定性研究的主要进展。本文对近年来FPSC机械稳定性相关的研究论文进行梳理和综述,对涉及的基底材料和结构的设计、界面改善方法、电极材料的优化等方面进行归纳和总结。通过研究发现,FPSC经材料和结构的优化设计,可以显著提高FPSC的机械稳定性,为其实用化和商业化提供了可能。
This paper aims to review the main research progress on the mechanical stability of flexible perovskite solar cells(FPSC)in recent years.In this paper,the research papers related to the mechanical stability of FPSC in recent years are reviewed,and the design of the involved substrate materials and structures,interface improvement methods,and optimization of electrode materials are summarized.It is found that the mechanical stability of FPSC can be significantly improved by the optimized design of material and structure,which provides the possibility for its practical application and commercialization.
