TC6钛合金微观组织演变规律及热处理工艺优化研究

摘要 通过金相显微镜观察和分析不同变形温度下TC6合金的微观组织变化,并采用反向传播(Back Propagation,BP)算法进行热处理工艺优化。实验结果显示:高温和较大的应变速率会促使TC6合金中α相的尺寸增大和含量减少,并逐渐转变为β相。热处理工艺优化后的预测值与实际值的变化趋势相同,表明优化后的热处理工艺参数符合工艺需求。此次研究为钛合金TC6的制备和应用提供了理论依据和实际指导,有助于提高钛合金TC6的性能并优化加工工艺。 The microstructure changes of TC6 alloy under different deformation temperatures were observed and analyzed using a metallographic microscope,and the back propagation(BP)algorithm was used to optimize the heat treatment process.The experimental results show that high temperature and high strain rate can promote the growth of the size increases and the content decreases of α phase of TC6 alloy,gradually transforming into β phase.The predicted values after optimizing the heat treatment process have the same trend as the actual values,indicating that the optimized heat treatment process parameters meet the process requirements.This study provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the preparation and application of titanium alloy TC6,which helps to improve the performance of titanium alloy TC6 and optimize the processing technology.
