摘要
基于全国职业院校技能大赛中职组焊接技术项目焊接机器人模块结构进行分析,根据比赛结构的特点、机器人焊接工艺特性,优化焊接顺序和焊接工艺。结合技术要求,通过对焊接工艺参数的不断优化,最终得到了优质的焊缝成形、尺寸,水压试验6 MPa不泄漏。此工艺研究为以后工学一体教学、大赛及生产类似组合件的机器人焊接提供一定的借鉴,从而引领和促进中等职业学校焊接技术专业建设及改革。
Based on the analysis of the welding robot module structure of the welding technology project in the vocational group of the National Vocational College Skills Competition,the welding sequence and welding process are optimized according to the characteristics of the competition structure and robot welding process.Based on technical requirements and continuous optimization of welding process parameters,high-quality weld formation and size were ultimately obtained,with no leakage during water pressure test at 6 MPa.This process research provides certain reference for future integrated teaching,competitions,and robot welding of similar assembly components,thereby leading and promoting the construction and reform of welding technology majors in secondary vocational schools.
