复杂难选硫化铜矿的选矿工艺研究

摘要 开采硫化铜矿时,常面临矿物性质复杂、氧化率高等问题,铜、硫矿物呈致密状嵌布且具有嵌布粒度细、泥化严重和黏土矿物多等特点,需对选矿工艺进行升级。基于硫化铜矿石性质,选择BK-404捕收剂进行铜矿物捕收,选择石灰+BD组合药剂抑制黄铁矿与脉石矿;借助优先浮铜、粗精矿再磨、精选等工艺进行铜矿物回收。工艺优化后,选矿后的铜精矿含铜率为20.13%,铜回收率为74.48%,选矿效果明显,可以高效回收复杂难选硫化铜矿,选矿工艺的优化价值高。 When mining sulfide copper ore,it is often faced with complex mineral properties and high oxidation rates.Copper and sulfur minerals are densely embedded and have characteristics such as fine embedded particle size,severe mud formation,and multiple clay minerals.Therefore,it is necessary to upgrade the beneficiation process.Based on the properties of sulfide copper ore,BK404 collector was selected for copper mineral collection,and a combination of lime and BD was selected to suppress pyrite and gangue ore.Utilize processes such as priority copper flotation,coarse concentrate re grinding,and selection for copper mineral recovery.After the process optimization the copper concentrate after beneficiation has a copper content of 20.13%and a copper recovery rate of 74.48%.The beneficiation effect is obvious,and it can efficiently recover complex and difficult sulfide copper ores selection.The optimization value of the beneficiation process is high.
