摘要
通过对中板圆盘式双边剪结构原理及剪切过程中剪刃的变化规律进行分析,建立剪刃垂直间隙调整的数学模型,为实现剪刃垂直间隙自动、快速标定提供了理论依据。
By analyzing the principle of the double-sided shearing structure of the medium plate disc type and the variation law of the shearing edge during the shearing process,a mathematical model for adjusting the vertical clearance of the shearing edge is established,providing a theoretical basis for achieving automatic and rapid calibration of the vertical clearance of the shearing edge.
