突出煤层定向钻孔瓦斯治理技术的实践研究

摘要 辛置煤矿2-211大采长工作面主采煤层为2号煤层,根据突出危险等级划分属于煤与瓦斯突出危险煤层,为解决突出煤层瓦斯抽采难题,采用定向钻孔方法对受采动影响区、采空区进行瓦斯抽采治理。实践应用表明:采用定向钻孔瓦斯治理后,上隅角、回风巷瓦斯平均浓度均降低至0.47%,瓦斯治理效果显著,采空区大量瓦斯得到回收利用,瓦斯治理成本降低,具有较好的安全经济效益。 The main coal seam in the 2-211 long mining face of Xinzhi Coal Mine is the No.2 coal seam.According to the classification of outburst danger levels,it belongs to the coal and gas outburst danger coal seam.In order to solve the problem of gas extraction in the outburst coal seam,the directional drilling method is used to control the gas extraction in the affected area and goaf by mining.Practical applications have shown that after using directional drilling for gas control,the average gas concentration in the upper corner and return airway is reduced to 0.47%.The gas control effect is significant,and a large amount of gas in the goaf is recovered and reused,reducing the cost of gas control and achieving good safety and economic benefits.
