摘要
总结分析山钢1号5100 m^(3)高炉长期计划休风的整体环节及快速恢复实践过程,为保证大型高炉复风后炉况的稳定顺行,通过制定严密的复风技术方案、优化复风料结构、详密计算炉料负荷、加强炉体保温、降低高炉热量损失等措施,使得复风后4.5 h风量恢复至全风水平,实现了炉况的较快恢复,高炉各项经济技术指标良好。
This paper summarizes the 1#5100 m^(3) blast furnace in the whole link and rapid recovery practice process,in order to ensure the stability of the furnace after large blast furnace reblowing,through the formulation of strict reblowing technology scheme,the air structure optimization,detailed calculation furnace load,strengthening furnace body insulation,reducing furnace heat loss,the 4.5 h air volume after reblowing is restored to full wind level,the rapid recovery of the furnace condition is realized,the economic and technical indicators of blast furnace is good.
