高速棒材上钢区运动控制与调试

摘要 随着高速棒材技术的发展,高速上钢系统已从18 m/s提高到了单根轧制45 m/s。其在生产轧制速度、智能化水平、产品精度和成材率等方面得到了质的提升。针对45 m/s高速棒材高速上钢区成套装备长期受控于西马克、达涅利等少数国外厂家的现状,近几年来,由中冶京诚承担的45 m/s高速棒材高速上钢系统和装备国产化取得了卓有成效的研发成果,广泛应用于多条产线并取得了成功。以江西新余钢铁集团高速棒材生产线为例,对中冶京诚高速上钢系统中核心设备高速倍尺剪、智能夹尾器以及转毂控制技术等进行了剖析和探讨。 With the development of high-speed bar technology,the high-speed steel rolling system has increased from 18 m/s to 45 m/s for single rolling.Its production and rolling speed,intelligent level,product precision and yield rate have been improved.In view of the status quo that the complete set of equipment in 45 m/s high-speed sdelivery system is controlled by a few foreign manufacturers such as S MS and DANIELI for a long time,in recent years the localization of the 45 m/s high-speed delivery system and equipment undertaken by MCC Jingcheng has achieved fruitful research and development results and found wide application in multiple production lines with satisfactory utility.This paper takes the high-speed bar production line of Jiangxi Xinyu Iron and Steel Group as an example to analyze and explore the core equipment of MCC Jingcheng high-speed delivery system,including high-speed multiple-scale shear,intelligent tail clamp,and tail clamp control technology.
