摘要
使用传统接地线装置悬挂导线费时费力,特别是垂直导线的悬挂,容易导致作业人员操作不当而造成安全隐患。为此,提出了一种便携式挂接接地线装置设计思路,通过对传统接地线装置结构重新设计,并在其内部增加电动模块,使得新装置能适应普通水平导线和特殊垂直导线的悬挂,而且在挂接完毕后可以轻松将绝缘杆拆下,防止其摆动致使其他设备损坏或脱落。该装置能够减小作业人员的挂接难度,打破了目前电力现场作业接地线挂接过程完全依靠电力人员攀爬、操作、挂接、拧紧的单一局面,提高了作业效率和操作过程的安全性。
The conventional device for grounding wire hanging is time-consuming and laborious,especially for vertical wires.It is easy to lead to improper operation of operators,which causes operation safety risks.This paper proposes a design concept for a portable hanging grounding wire device.By redesigning the structure of conventional grounding wire device and adding an electric module inside it,the new device can adapt to the suspension of ordinary horizontal wires and special vertical wires.Moreover,after hanging the wires,the insulation rod can be easily removed to prevent it from swinging and causing damage or detachment of other equipment.This device performed well in practical application as it can reduce the difficulty for operators to hang wires,break the single situation where the current grounding wire hanging operation process relies entirely on power personnel to climb,operate,hang,and tighten,as well as improve efficiency and safety of the operation process.
