摘要
针对一起新装10 kV户外干式高压计量装置运行不到10 min的爆炸事故,从计量装置后端设备类型入手,结合电缆试验数据,由表及里地剖析造成计量装置爆炸的根本原因。确定原因是后端电缆热缩终端头放电致电压互感器发生谐振,最终失控爆炸。描述了故障发生前后的表象及现场值班员对事故处理的情况,并根据引起故障的原因提出一些装置改进建议。
This paper reports an explosion accident which happened in 10 minutes after the installation of a 10 kV outdoor dry-type high-voltage metering device.By combining different types of back-end equipment of the metering device with cable test data,and analysis from appearance to essence,it determines the cause of the explosion as back-end heat shrinkage-induced terminal charging which leads to resonance of voltage transformer and ultimately to explosion.It also outlines the handling of the accident by on-site attendant,and proposes some suggestions of countermeasures.
