摘要
通过气相色谱法对土壤中8种有机氯农药含量进行测定,依照《环境监测分析方法标准制修订技术导则》(HJ168-2010)要求,对检出限、精密度、准确度和实际样品进行了测定。结果表明,气相色谱法测定土壤中8种有机氯农药在0~500μg/L的浓度范围内具有线性关系,相关系数均在0.995以上,检出限、准确度、精密度结果都符合《土壤和沉积物有机氯农药的测定气相色谱法》(HJ 921-2017)中的要求。
The content of 8 organochlorine pesticides in soil was determined by gas chromatography.According to the requirements of the Technical Guidelines for the Preparation and Revision of Standards for Environmental Monitoring and Analysis Methods(HJ 168-2010),the detection limits,precision,accuracy and actual samples were measured.The results showed that the linear range was 0~500μg/L and the correlation coefficients were above 0.995.The detection limit,accuracy and precision of the method met the requirements of HJ 921-2017.
