基于人工湿地技术的独立式农村污水处理设备设计开发

摘要 在改善农村环境、建设美丽乡村的大背景下,针对偏远农村生活污水的排放特点以及现状,构建了适合农村生活污水处理的独立式污水处理设备。以无动力厌氧生物池为预处理,模块化人工湿地为核心处理工艺。结果表明,出水水质稳定达到农田灌溉水质标准(GB 5084-2021),其中COD_(Cr)、BOD_(5)、SS的平均去除率分别达76.10%、78.73%、71.94%。无运行费用,具有污水处理效果良好,运行稳定,景观效应好的优点,可高效解决农村污水处理回用问题,改善农村居住环境,促进美丽乡村建设,达到环境效益、社会效益及经济效益的三效统一。 Under the background of improving rural environment and building beautiful countryside,an independent sewage treatment process suitable for rural sewage treatment was constructed according to the characteristics and current situation of domestic sewage discharge in remote rural areas.Unpowered anaerobic biological pool was used as pretreatment,and modular constructed wetland was used as the core processing technology.The results showed that the effluent water quality reached the farmland irrigation water quality standard(GB 5084-2021),and the average removal rates of COD_(Cr),BOD_(5) and SS reached 76.10%,78.73% and 71.94%,respectively.Without operation cost,it had the advantages of good sewage treatment effect,stable operation and good landscape effect.It could effectively solve the problem of rural sewage treatment and reuse,improve rural living environment,promote the construction of beautiful countryside,and achieve the unity of environmental effect,social effect and economic effect.
