煤炭型城市不同功能区植物叶面滞尘特征研究

摘要 研究不同功能区内不同木本植物叶片对颗粒物的滞留能力对于了解城市不同功能区的颗粒物污染状况以及选择适宜的绿化植被类型很有帮助。本研究以安徽煤炭城市宿州埇桥区的三个功能区采取的样品为研究对象。通过称重法检测叶面上截留的颗粒物。采用水洗-滤膜法研究了叶片对不同粒径颗粒物的滞尘能力。利用紫外分光光度计和荧光分光光度计研究了不同功能区不同层次对颗粒物的滞留能力。工业区低层次叶面滞尘量最多。三大功能区的CDOM相对浓度比较为月桂<日本晚樱<石楠<女贞,光谱斜率的比值与CDOM的相对浓度呈明显的负相关,芳香性与疏水性显著正相关。不同功能区同一种类树木光谱图及荧光谱峰的位置拥有很高的相似度。综上所述,通过研究煤炭型城市不同功能区内不同植物叶片的滞尘能力和光谱特征,可以得到启发并采取措施。 Studying the retention capacity of different woody plant leaves on particulate matter in different functional areas is helpful for understanding the particulate matter pollution status in different functional areas of the city and selecting appropriate types of greening vegetation.Samples taken from three functional areas in Suzhou,Anhui coal city were taken as the research objects.Gravimetric measurement of trapped particulate matter on the leaf surface was measured by weighing method.The water washing-membrane method was used to study the dust retention capacity of the leaves to particles of different sizes.Ultraviolet spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrophotometer were used to study the retention capacity of particulate matter at different levels in different functional areas.The amount of dust retention in the low-level foliar surface of the industrial area was the largest.The ratio of spectral slope was significantly negatively correlated with the relative concentration of CDOM,and aromaticity was significantly positively correlated with hydrophobicity in the three functional areas.The spectra and fluorescence peaks of the same species of trees in different functional areas were highly similar.In summary,by studying the dust retention capacity and spectral characteristics of different plant leaves in different functional areas of coal-based cities,we can be inspired and take measures.
