摘要
针对增强聚乙烯管存在失稳变形、增强钢丝网与内外层粘胶分离、内外层粘胶与聚乙烯层(PE)材料脱粘分层等问题,本研究采用5层结构的增强聚乙烯管,通过芯管双层复合共挤成型、裸丝双层交叉54°缠绕、外保护层双层复合共挤成型等工艺过程,达到同时送料一次成型目的,性能显著提高,能够将剥离强度由100 N/cm^(2)提高到200 N/cm^(2),爆破压力达到28 MPa,减少了制造工艺流程、降低了成本。
In response to the problems of instability deformation,separation of reinforced steel wire mesh and inner and outer layer adhesive,and delamination of inner and outer layer adhesive and polyethylene layer(PE)material in reinforced polyethylene pipes,a 5-layer structure of reinforced polyethylene pipes was adopted.Through processes such as double layer composite extrusion forming of the core pipe,cross winding of bare wire double layers at 54°angle,and double layer composite extrusion forming of the outer protective layer,it achieved simultaneous feeding and one-time forming,capable of increasing the peel strength from 100 N/cm^(2) to 200 N/cm^(2),with a burst pressure of 28 MPa,reducing manufacturing processes and costs.
