焦化HPF脱硫制酸工艺现状分析及改进

摘要 针对焦化HPF氨法脱硫硫泡沫的实际情况,本文简要介绍了脱硫废液制酸的工艺流程。在实际的运行中,出现了原液加热器堵塞、转化工序第Ⅲ换热器堵塞、干吸工序阻力升高等情况,针对这些问题我们进行了研究和改进。该制酸工艺对操作人员的要求较高,各个参数的控制较为严格。通过调整参数,降低过程气中杂质含量,控制酸浓等操作,可提高系统运行稳定性和吸收效率,保障稳定运行。 In view of the actual situation of coking HPF ammonia desulfurization sulfur foam,the process of acid production was briefly introduced.In the actual operation,there were blockage of stock liquid heater,conversion process Ⅲ heat exchanger blockage,resistance increase of dry suction process and so situations.In view,these problems were studied and improved.The acid making process had high requirements for operators,and the control of each parameter was relatively strict.By adjusting the parameters,reducing the content of impurities in the process gas,and controlling the acid concentration operation,the system operation stability and absorption efficiency could be improved,and the stable operation could be guaranteed.
