摘要
介绍了一个教学综合实验——聚(联苯-吡啶)的合成与膜材料的制备。以二联苯和乙酰基吡啶为原料,合成了聚(联苯-吡啶)。碱性吡啶基团使膜材料具有良好的磷酸掺杂能力,用作燃料电池的高温质子交换膜。本实验涉及高分子化学、物理化学、有机化学和仪器分析等多学科知识。通过进行实验,学生将对燃料电池用膜电解质有所了解,激发学生的科学研究兴趣和探索热情,并提高学生的综合实验操作能力和知识实践应用能力。
A comprehensive teaching experiment was presented:synthesis of poly(biphenyl pyridine)and fabrication of membranes.The poly(biphenyl pyridine)was synthesized from 4-acetylpyridine and biphenyl.The present pyridine groups endowed the prepared membrane with excellent phosphoric acid doping capability,which enabled the membrane to be the electrolyte for fuel cells.Polymer Chemistry,Physical Chemistry,Organic Chemistry and Instrumental Analysis were involved.This experiment provided students with an understanding of the electrolyte membrane for fuel cell,which was conducive to cultivate students'enthusiasm for scientific research,stimulate their innovative thinking and improving their experimental operation skills.
