在体血流不存在Casson流体模型

摘要 笔者研究在体血液流变性时发现用Casson流体模型描述在体血液流态实际是错误的。本研究旨在纠正存在近40年的这一理论错误,同时维护前人和笔者研究在体血液流态所获得的正确理论。本文采用理论性研究方法,以相关流体力学、血流动力学、血液流变学理论和在体血流实际为依据展开论证,揭示在体血管中不存在Casson流体模型,红细胞聚集不是在体血管中存在Casson流体模型的本质机制,在体血液流态除动、静脉特异形部位外,动脉血流为随心动周期性变化的层流,在静脉可近似为定常流动。 In the study of blood rheology in vivo,the author found that it is actually wrong to use the Casson fluid model to describe the flow state of blood in vivo.The purpose of this study is to correct this theoretical error,which has existed for nearly 40 years,and at the same time to maintain the correct theory obtained by predecessors and authors in vivo blood flow regimes.In this paper,we use theoretical research methods to demonstrate the relevant fluid dynamics,hemodynamics,blood rheology theories and the actual blood flow in vivo,and reveal that there is no Casson fluid model in the systemic blood vessels,and the aggregation of red blood cells is not the essential mechanism of the Casson fluid model in the systemic blood vessels.The artery blood flow pattern in vivo is laminar flow that varies periodically with the heart rate,except for the specific areas of the arteries and veins,in the veins it can be approximated as steady flow.
