“三全育人”融入外语教育思政建设的价值意蕴与路径研究

摘要 “三全育人”指“全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人”,这一理念是中国特色社会主义教育思想的时代反映。论述其为外语课程思政提供实践指向、保障外语人才价值观塑造、实现外语能力与文化自信的逻辑统一。指明“三全育人”理念为高校外语教育思政建设提供了重要理论框架,外语教育通过形成“全员育人”长效机制、构筑“全程育人”闭环、调动“全方位育人”资源,有力保障外语思政建设成效,培养新时代外语人才。 “Three-comprehensive Education”means the whole staff education,the whole process of education and all-round education.It reflects era spirit of educational thoughts with Chinese characteristics.It helps to supply practical direction for ideological and political construction of foreign language education,ensure the building of values of foreign talents,and achieve the logical unity of foreign language skills and cultural self-confidence.“Three-comprehensive Education”concept provides an important theoretical framework for the ideological and political construction of foreign language education.Through the formation of a long-term mechanism for“all-round education”,the construction of a“whole-process education”closed loop,and the mobilization of“all-round education”resources,which can effectively guarantee the effectiveness of ideological and political construction in foreign languages education,and cultivate foreign talents of new era.
