摘要
探讨现代教育模式不足,介绍以成果为导向的OBE教育理念。并根据OBE教育理念提出了一种新型的教学方法用于土建类学科应用型人才培养。该方法以进行学科专业竞赛、翻转课堂、虚拟实习、激励式教育、无领导小组创新讨论的方式进行教学改革。最后采用层次分析的方法AHP从多维度评价学生学习成果,结果显示相较于传统教学方法,基于OBE教学方法可以更好地培养应用型人才。
This paper explores the shortcomings of modern educational models and introduces the outcomes-based education(OBE)philosophy.Based on the OBE educational concept,a novel teaching approach is proposed for cultivating applied talents in the field of civil engineering.This approach is to drive pedagogical reform by way subject-specific competitions,flipped classrooms,virtual internships,incentive-based education,and innovation discussions within leaderless small groups.Finally,by utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the learning outcomes are evaluated from multiple dimensions.It reveals that in comparison to traditional teaching methods,the OBE-based approach is more effective in cultivating applied talents.
