生物力学视角下应用科技助力啦啦操转体动作研究

摘要 转体动作是啦啦操中一项具有挑战性的动作,要求运动员具备良好的身体控制能力、力量和灵活性。然而,传统的教学和训练方法往往局限于表面层面的指导,缺乏对于动作背后生物力学原理的深入理解和分析。因此,本研究运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,旨在从生物力学视角对啦啦操转体技术动作进行深入分析和研究,以揭示其技术动作特征、力学原理及关键要素,为相关领域的进一步研究提供参考和借鉴。
