摘要
藏药红铜灰的制备是藏药炮制中重要的内容之一,也是佐太练制中的重要环节。近几年,随着藏医药产业的发展,红铜灰用量不断增大,珍宝类药物配方原料能持八金中红铜灰炮制工艺的优化显得尤为重要。确定红铜去毒锈、煅烧的炮制工艺参数。采用可控高温炉和电灶炉分别对能持八金中红铜的去毒锈次数、时间,煅烧辅料、配量、时间和温度进行炮制试验,并通过与藏医文献记载和传统炮制法进行比较。发现去毒祛锈是同时完成的一个工序,再结合现代炮制技术和炮制结果的分析,取消了煅烧辅料中的硼砂,从而简化了炮制工序和次数,提高了炮制效率,减少了无用成分。得出在煅烧过程中只加硫磺辅料煅烧,其煅烧的最佳条件为:文火温度200℃,煅烧时间2h,武火温度为800℃,煅烧时间3h,炮制后的红铜呈不规则的黑色块状,具有表面粗糙多孔隙,可用手指掰碎,咀嚼时不碜牙等特征。通过炮制工艺研究,获得了炮制红铜灰最佳炮制工艺参数,为探讨佐太炼制,珍宝类配方原料八金、八矿的炮制规范研究提供了新工艺,减少了生产成本。
The preparation of red copper ash from Tibetan medicine is one of the important contents in Tibetan medicine processing and also an important link in the purification of Zotai.In recent years,with the development of the Tibetan medicine industry,the amount of red copper ash used has been continuously increasing.It is particularly important to optimize the processing technology of red copper ash in the formula raw materials of precious drugs,which can support the eight gold mines of Tibetan medicine.Determining the processing parameters for detoxification,rust removal,and calcination of red copper.The results were compared with Tibetan medical literature records and traditional processing methods.Discovering that detoxification and rust removal are a simultaneous process,combined with modern processing technology and analysis of processing results,the use of borax in calcination excipients was eliminated,simplifying the processing process and frequency,improving processing efficiency,and reducing useless components,during the calcination process,only sulfur auxiliary materials are added for calcination.The optimal conditions for calcination are a mild fire temperature of 200℃,a calcination time of 2 hours,and a martial fire temperature of 800℃,a calcination time of 3 hours.Through the study of processing technology,the optimal processing parameters for processing red copper ash have been obtained,providing a new process for exploring the processing standards of eight gold and eight minerals in the formula materials of Zotai Refining and Treasure,and reducing production costs.
